Materials :

  • Wausau Paper® Creative Collection™ Crinkles: Mustard, Charcoal and Cocoa 65 lb. Cardstock
  • Wausau Paper® Creative Collection™ Classics: Bright White 65 lb. Cardstock
  • Black Fine line pen
  • White Opaque Pen
  • Owl Die
  • 2-1/2” Oval Punch
  • 1” Oval Punch
  • ¼” Round Circle Punch
  • Craft knife

 
Instructions:
  1. Center Mustard Crinkles Cardstock 4”x 5-1/4” on Charcoal Crinkles Cardstock 4-1/4”x 5-1/2”, glue
  2. Fold Charcoal Crinkles Cardstock 8” x 10” in half, place top of owl’s head on fold and cut out.
  3. Do not cut fold. Owl will be hinged. Center on Mustard Crinkles Cardstock, glue
  4. Cut another owl out of the Cocoa Crinkles Cardstock 4” x 5”, with White pen draw “u” shaped feathers on belly, and with a craft knife cut several “u” shapes on brown owl’s belly and lift.
  5. Continuing on brown Owl, trim feet and some wing feathers off. Glue to black Owl.
  6. Cut 1” Mustard Crinkles ovals for eyes. Add ¼” black circle for pupil and dot with white pen.
  7. Trim small Charcoal cardstock for beak. Layer as shown in photo.
  8. Cut 2-1/2” oval for inside card for your message.
